Role Overview

  • This role is responsible for the culture and overall leadership and direction of the stores.
  • Responsible for ensuring team engagement, execution of goals (Brand development & Expansion, finding new location and project management), setting expectations and applying accountability, and the overall experience of the Brand.

Strategy

  • Implementing Operations strategy in coherence with the brand image and identity.
  • Planning, implementing, controlling and adjusting new operational strategy objectives.
  • Up to date with latest industry trends and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leads a team of Branches managers.
  • Heads country’s Retail Stores team to deliver the brand story and customer experience through performance management.
  • Analyzes country and retail stores financial data and develops/implements action plans to daily deliver key results.
  • Accurately forecast sales yearly, seasonally, monthly, weekly and daily for the purpose of forecasting a complete by store / country P&L.
  • Prepares, discusses annual and seasonal budgets and produces a detailed annual business operating plan.
  • Prepares and presents monthly, quarterly or annual targets for revenue, profits and cash.
  • Achieve financial KPIS set by the management.
  • Proposes business partnerships and co planning.
  • Follows and implements all company policy and procedures to ensure stability, sustainability, safety and security.
  • Ensures standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met.
  • Demonstrates sound judgment in anticipating challenges, problem solving, and seeking the right resources.
  • Takes pride in the appearance of the store and ensures visual displays are in accordance with company provided planograms.

Projects

  • Work from concept design to occupancy.
  • Review design, interpret project scope and resolve various issues.
  • Represent company in all project meetings.
  • Ensure all required information, designs and materials are made available in a timely manner to the construction team.

Requirements

  • Years of Exp: 10 to 15yrs experience in the coffee industry.
  • Experience in handling projects from the scratch / developed a brand / established a chain of cafes.
  • Bachelor’s degree/Higher diploma.
  • Excellent reporting, organization, networking, analysis skills.
