ALPHA STAR SHIPPING LLC is hiring an Operations Executive for Ship Spares in Dubai. The role involves managing import/export shipments, procuring rates, preparing quotations, and handling documentation.

Responsibilities
- Attend to emails and calls from customers, overseas agents, and suppliers for rate enquiries
- Monitor shipments of Ship Spares (arrival date, time, short landed)
- Work on Asana & FRESA applications for creation of jobs, cost & sale price updates
- Procure rates from vendors globally
- Prepare quotations for customers (Local, Air & Sea freight)
- Manage movement of shipments in/out of countries (mainly Ship Spares)
- Manage documentation for all import/export activities
- Prepare and submit stock report accurately and timely
- Handle major customers and their respective Vessel Operations
- Responsible for Import/Export (Air/Sea/Land) Pricing and operations Ship Spares
- Liaise with stock control, warehousing for import/export activities
- Prepare invoices to customers and do costing of Delivery notes
Requirements
- 4 years of experience in Freight forwarding Industry
- Fluent English and Hindi

Responsibilities

- Working on Asana & FRESA applications for various day to day activities such as creation of jobs, adding cost & sale price updates for debit notes, etc
- Procuring rates from vendors stretched across the globe
- Supporting the team for all Ship Share's Operations Import / Export / Cross Trade and Vessel onboard delivery
- Preparing quotations for customers (Local, Air & Sea freight)
- Manage the movement of shipments in and/or out of the countries (Mainly Ship Spares)
- Manage the necessary documentation for all import/export activities
- Communicate with the import/export related overseas offices, customers & suppliers
- Prepare & submit stock report accurately & on timely basis
- Handling of major customers & their respective all Vessel Operations
- Responsible for Import /Export (Air/Sea/Land) Pricing and operations Ship Spare's
Pay
- AED 4,000.00 AED 6,500.00 per month
