- Build rapport with key partners
- Coordinate with supply team and account managers to maintain smooth operations
- Monitor chauffeur performance, attendance, and relations
- Adhere to specific client requests on desired profiles
- Work closely with supporting departments to generate reports
- Maintain accurate subscriptions based on customer demands
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1 3 years of operations experience in the transportation industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong sense of initiative and customer service orientation
- Ability to adapt and achieve targets in a dynamic, fast paced working environment
- Experience with online marketplace is desirable
- Ideally a keen interest in the Transportation industry

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations and serve as a point of contact for Zofeur chauffeurs and partners
- Build rapport with key partners
- Strong knowledge of areas in Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi
- Coordinate with supply team and account managers to maintain smooth operations
- Monitor chauffeur performance, attendance, and relations
- Adhere to specific client requests on desired profiles
- Work closely with supporting departments to generate reports
- Maintain accurate subscriptions based on customer demands
Requirements
