Role Overview

  • We’re looking for a Design Lead (Mid–Senior Level) who is equally passionate about visual design and content creation.
  • This role is ideal for someone with 7–12 years of experience, preferably within fast paced startup environments, who is eager to build and lead a growing creative team.
  • You’ll work across digital and print channels — from emailers and push notifications to ad banners, videos, reels, and event collaterals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver digital creatives for emailers, push notifications, WhatsApp campaigns, banner ads, and paid media (Meta, Google Display, TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop campaign narratives aligned with brand strategy.
  • Lead creative concepting, messaging frameworks, and visual storytelling across channels.
  • Create offline marketing materials including standees, banners, flyers, and event printables.
  • Translate campaign briefs into high performing creatives with minimal feedback cycles.
  • Ensure platform specific optimization to maximize engagement and conversions.
  • Use AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, DALL·E, etc.) to enhance design innovation and workflow efficiency.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and consistency.
  • Maintain and present a strong creative portfolio showcasing impactful, results driven work.

Requirements

  • 7–12 years of professional design experience, with a track record in tech or startup environments.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor designers while being hands on with creative production.
  • Expert in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator for static designs.
  • Skilled in After Effects, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro X for motion and video work.
  • Proficient in Figma for UI/UX layouts and campaign mockups.
  • Familiar with AI design tools for creative acceleration.
  • Strong short form writing skills (headlines, captions, and ad copy).
  • Deep understanding of platform specific formats and marketing best practices.
  • Strong grasp of color theory, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to adapt designs across digital, social, and print channels.
  • Creative problem solver with a sharp eye for detail and brand alignment.
  • Excellent project and time management skills; strong communication and teamwork capabilities.
