About the Role
Affirm is seeking an Operations Enablement leader to drive scalable, compliant, and high-quality servicing experiences.
The role connects servicing strategy with day-to-day execution and translates strategy into scalable operational capabilities.
The role partners with Product, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, and external vendors on business and regulatory changes.
What You'll Do
- Lead complex cross-functional programs aligned with servicing strategy, OKRs, and long-term business priorities.
- Define servicing strategy, roadmaps, execution plans, KPIs, timelines, and budgets.
- Drive enterprise-wide improvements through Lean Six Sigma, change management, and data-driven methods.
- Create technical manuals and resources for human and AI agents.
- Evolve SOPs, job aids, learning platforms, and AI-enabled knowledge tools.
- Oversee onboarding, continuous learning, and new product rollout training.
- Design for operational readiness during product launches, expansion, and regulatory changes.
- Assess workflows, knowledge adoption, training impact, and localization quality using metrics and feedback.
- Advise executives, partners, and vendors while leading and coaching contributors.
- Drive adoption of new processes, platforms, and resources through structured change management.
