Role Overview
Affirm is seeking an Operations Enablement Lead to build scalable, compliant, and high-quality servicing experiences.
The role connects servicing strategy with day-to-day execution across people, processes, systems, training, and operational readiness.
The role partners with Product, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, and external vendors in a regulated environment.
Program and Strategy Leadership
- Lead complex cross-functional programs aligned with servicing strategy, OKRs, and long-term priorities.
- Define roadmaps, execution plans, KPIs, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and measurable outcomes.
- Drive enterprise improvements using Lean Six Sigma, change management, and data-driven methods.
Knowledge and Training
- Translate technical concepts into manuals and resources for human and AI agents.
- Architect and evolve SOPs, job aids, learning platforms, and AI-enabled knowledge tools.
- Design and deliver onboarding, continuous learning, and new product rollout training programs.
