Role Overview
Lead overall business operations, project delivery execution, and commercial growth for a Dubai-based contractor.
Bridge executive strategy at COO or GM level with day-to-day execution oversight at Operations Manager level.
Drive delivery of high-value residential and commercial portfolios across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct company-wide operations, resource allocation, and multi-project delivery across Dubai and the Northern Emirates.
- Own financial performance, profit and loss, cost control, change management, and FIDIC-based claims strategy.
- Lead senior project managers, engineering teams, and site execution units.
- Maintain high-level relationships with major UAE developers.
Candidate Profile Requirements
- 20+ years of heavy construction industry experience.
- At least 8–10 years at senior leadership level as an Operations Manager, General Manager, or Director.
- Experience within UAE main contracting or developer organizations.
- B.Sc. in Civil Engineering.
- MBA in Project Management or related executive credentials is preferred.
- Proven delivery of large-scale residential towers, master-planned communities, or mixed-use developments in the UAE market.
