Core responsibilities
- Lead pre-contract strategy for major infrastructure and building projects.
- Manage contractual negotiations, complex variations, and claims.
- Oversee cost governance, financial project controls, and specialist subcontractor procurement.
- Drive contractual claim approvals through consultants and clients.
- Mitigate financial risks alongside senior stakeholders.
Required qualifications and experience
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
- Proven delivery record on major infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, or water projects, or on large-scale turnkey projects in the UAE.
- Tier-1 contractor experience.
- Strong commercial proficiency with FIDIC contracts and dispute resolution.
- Advanced capability preparing cost models and final accounts.
