Document and compile customer operational and billing setup specifications.

Execute data entry and batch validation across customer profile and billing systems.

Use Postman to validate API payloads and sync data integrity between HubSpot and KSN.

Configure customer program master data in operational systems.

Draft, maintain, and execute technical work instructions.

Support setup and updates across P&I, SETT, Education, RPO, MSP, and PPO business units.

Identify data mismatches, operational errors, and system validation failures and execute corrections.
