Seeking a forward-thinking leader to shape how we build skills and capabilities, our Head of Learning & Development is responsible for the enterprise learning strategy and fostering a culture of continuous learning. This director-level role leads a team in delivering the end-to-end lifecycle of learning programs, including needs assessment, design, development, delivery, and measurement.
The ideal candidate brings over 10 years of progressive Learning & Development experience, including leadership of enterprise learning initiatives and teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the vision, standard, and roadmap for learning and development –support organizational priorities, workforce performance, business strategy, and reinforce our culture
- Partner with senior leaders and HR teams to identify skills and capability gaps, prioritize learning investments, and develop scalable and impactful learning solutions
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of onboarding, technical training, leadership development, and professional development programs
- Oversee learning delivery models, including internal teams and external learning vendors and partners
- Establish learning governance and metrics that link learning investments to business and talent outcomes
- Partner with other learning and readiness leaders to coordinate learning service delivery, standards, and execution across the enterprise
