AD Ports Group seeks an Operations Coordinator to provide administrative and operational coordination support for maritime and shipping activities. The role involves coordinating resources, tracking operational progress, supporting logistics, and maintaining documentation.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support daily operational activities across projects and site teams
- Provide administrative support to Operations and Logistics personnel, including scheduling, documentation, and communication
- Track and verify daily and monthly timesheets to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Liaise with internal departments (HR, Logistics, Finance, and Operations) to ensure proper allocation of manpower, equipment, and resources
- Assist in mobilization and demobilization of manpower in line with operational and client requirements
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and progress to ensure deadlines are met and delays are escalated
- Maintain and update operational records, reports, and documentation
- Liaise with clients to understand requirements, confirm scope, and ensure smooth coordination of activities
- Support coordination of travel arrangements, site access, permits, and logistics for operations personnel
- Assist in organizing operational meetings, training sessions, and team related activities where required
- Ensure all coordination activities align with company procedures and operational standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Proficiency in English is mandatory
- Arabic is an added advantage
- 1–3 years of experience in operations coordination, logistics, or administrative support roles (preferably in marine, construction, or service industries)

Qualifications
