Responsibilities
- Receive and handle requests from the Operations Supervisor
- Open job forms and fill them out completely for each job
- Ensure all documents required for shipments are complete and correct
- Coordinate with truck suppliers and drivers regarding truck details
- Follow up on collection and handling of shipments
- Update clients on collection status and shipments via email and phone
- Prepare delivery notes and give to drivers
- Send pre alerts to agent/broker at border and final destination
- Communicate with warehouse companies for palletization and labor
- Inspect shipments during offloading and reloading for quantity and quality
- Accept and verify invoices from suppliers
- Update daily trip/update sheet regarding truck status

Key Responsibilities
- Receive and handle requests from the Operations Supervisor.
- Open job forms and fill them out completely for each job forwarded to you.
- Ensure all documents required for shipments are complete and all details are correct.
- Send requests for legalized invoices.
- Coordinate with truck suppliers and drivers regarding truck details and inform via email with updates.
- Follow up on the collection and handling of shipments.
- Update clients on the collection status and shipments through emails and phone calls.
- Follow up with suppliers regarding the whereabouts of the trucks and provide specific instructions to the drivers.
- Prepare delivery notes and give them to drivers to ensure the proper delivery of shipments.
- Send pre alerts to the agent/broker at the border and final destination.
- Follow up with brokers at the borders regarding the shipments.
- Communicate with relevant people in the warehouse companies by sending pre alerts, arranging palletization, and arranging labor entry.
