Job Summary
Coordinate UAE business setup, government services, and visa applications.
The role requires hands-on experience with Mainland and Free Zone company formation, MOHRE, Immigration, and UAE government approvals.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle Dubai Mainland company formation, including trade names, initial approvals, MOAs, licence issuance, amendments, and renewals.
- Coordinate Free Zone company formation, licences, renewals, and amendments.
- Process MOHRE work permits and employment-related applications.
- Handle Investor, Employment, and Family Visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and amendments.
- Coordinate Emirates ID and medical applications.
- Follow up on approvals with MOFA, Dubai Municipality, RERA/DLD, RTA, SIRA, and other relevant authorities.
- Review client documents and ensure applications are complete and compliant.
- Follow up with government authorities, Free Zones, and service providers.
- Maintain records and update CRM or application tracking systems.
- Monitor application timelines and coordinate with teams and clients to resolve issues.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of UAE experience in business setup, PRO services, government services, or operations.
- Strong knowledge of Mainland and Free Zone company formation.
