Role Overview
Laundryheap is a global laundry and dry-cleaning services company operating across multiple international markets.
The Associate - Driver Operations role supports driver onboarding and live logistics operations.
The role reports to the Regional Lead and works with teams across the UK, US, and Singapore.
Driver Onboarding and Recruitment
- Conduct outbound calls and video sessions with potential drivers through onboarding and documentation.
- Assess driver readiness and compliance with company policies and onboarding standards.
- Coordinate background checks, training, and activation of driver accounts.
- Provide timely updates to stakeholders on onboarding progress.
Planning and Route Management
- Monitor real-time delivery operations for smooth route execution and timely order completion.
- Provide live support to drivers during shifts through chat, calls, or internal platforms.
- Optimize route plans to improve efficiency.
- Identify and resolve delays, misrouted items, and driver emergencies.
