Responsibilities
- Coordinate with drivers and carriers to schedule deliveries and track shipments
- Streamline operations to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and elevate customer satisfaction
- Monitor the entire order pipeline, manage returns, handle complaints, and address damages
- Verify cake and balloon requirements for pending orders
- Ensure accuracy in card printing and prioritize early dispatch orders
- Follow up on deliveries, verify proof of delivery, and check for damages or delays
- Collaborate with customer service to resolve customer inquiries
- Handle corporate orders, including assembly and preparation
- Review incoming orders and assign them to drivers efficiently
- Assist in assembling orders with precision and ensure they are ready for dispatch
Requirements
- High School Education (required)
- Diploma/Course in Business Administration, Supply Chain & Logistics (preferred)
- Proficient in English with strong communication skills
- Keen attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
- Experience in supply chain & logistics or a similar field
- Experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus

Purpose of Role
- As a key member of the Operations team, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring that every order is processed flawlessly, assigned to the right driver, accompanied by the correct card message, and delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with drivers and carriers to schedule deliveries, track shipments, and swiftly resolve any issues.
- Streamline operations to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and elevate customer satisfaction.
- Monitor the entire order pipeline, manage returns, handle complaints, and address damages promptly.
- Verify cake requirements for pending orders and ensure timely orders for cakes.
- Confirm balloon requirements and ensure they are ready for each order.
- Ensure accuracy in card printing and prioritization of early dispatch orders.
- Follow up on deliveries, verify proof of delivery (POD) from drivers, and check for any damages or delays.
- Prepare cards for the next shift, confirm availability of cakes and treats, and mark priority arrangements.
- Collaborate with customer service to resolve customer inquiries and issues effectively.
- Handle corporate orders, including assembly and preparation.
- Review delivery location provided, and if not received, coordinate with the receiver to collect.
- Review incoming orders and efficiently assign them to drivers.
Education/Qualifications, Skills, & Experience
- High School Education (required).
- Diploma/Course in Business Administration, Supply Chain & Logistics (preferred).
- Proficient in English with strong communication skills.
- Keen attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
- Experience in supply chain & logistics or a similar field.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus.
