Responsibilities
- Coordinate with drivers and carriers to schedule deliveries, track shipments, and resolve issues
- Monitor the entire order pipeline, manage returns, handle complaints, and address damages
- Verify cake requirements for pending orders and ensure timely orders for cakes
- Ensure accuracy in card printing and prioritize early dispatch orders using the order management system
- Follow up on deliveries, verify proof of delivery from drivers, and check for damages or delays
- Prepare cards for next shift, confirm availability of cakes and treats, and mark priority arrangements
- Collaborate with customer service to resolve customer inquiries and issues
- Handle corporate orders, including assembly and preparation
- Review incoming orders and assign them to drivers ensuring accuracy and quality compliance
- Assist in assembling orders with precision and efficiency for dispatch
- Proactively escalate issues that may cause delays or affect product quality to line manager
Requirements
- High School Education
- Proficient in English with strong communication skills
- Keen attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
- Experience in supply chain & logistics or similar field
- Diploma/Course in Business Administration, Supply Chain & Logistics (preferred)
- Experience working in a multicultural environment (preferred)
- Knowledge of geographical locations and major streets across the UAE
- Experience in operations within an e commerce environment

Purpose of Role
- As a key member of the Operations team, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring that every order is processed flawlessly, assigned to the right driver, accompanied by the correct card message, and delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities Fulfilment
- Coordinate with drivers and carriers to schedule deliveries, track shipments, and swiftly resolve any issues that arise during the delivery process.
- Streamline operations to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and elevate customer satisfaction.
- Monitor the entire order pipeline, manage returns, handle complaints, and address damages promptly.
- Verify cake requirements for pending orders and ensure timely orders for cakes.
- Ensure accuracy in card printing and prioritization of early dispatch orders using our order management system.
- Follow up on deliveries, verify proof of delivery (POD) from drivers, and check for any damages or delays.
- Prepare cards for the next shift, confirm availability of cakes and treats, and mark priority arrangements in the system.
- Collaborate with customer service to resolve customer inquiries and issues effectively.
- Handle corporate orders, including assembly and preparation.

Education/Qualifications, Skills, & Experience
- High School Education (required).
- Diploma/Course in Business Administration, Supply Chain & Logistics (preferred).
- Proficient in English with strong communication skills.
- Keen attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
- Experience in supply chain & logistics or a similar field.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus.
Pay
- AED 3,500.00 per month
