Operations Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Analyst to support business operations through data analysis, Excel-based reporting, process improvement, and documentation.

This role will analyze operational data, maintain and support Excel tools, identify opportunities for process efficiency, and create clear documentation to help teams execute processes consistently.

• Analyze operational data using Excel to identify trends, patterns, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance Excel-based tools, reports, dashboards, trackers, and templates.
• Provide day-to-day support for Excel tools and troubleshoot data, formula, and reporting issues.
• Use advanced Excel functions, formulas, PivotTables, lookups, charts, and other analytical capabilities to support business needs.
• Prepare recurring and ad-hoc operational reports and translate data into actionable insights.
• Document business processes, workflows, procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Review existing processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and consistency.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand operational requirements and develop practical analytical solutions.
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation for operational tools and processes.
• Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of reporting.
