- Develop and execute the enterprise OT strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Drive the transformation and uplift of the OT function across people, processes, technology, and governance.
- Identify and lead AI, automation, advanced analytics, and digital innovation opportunities within OT environments.
- Define future state OT architectures, frameworks, and operating models.
- Establish OT governance, standards, and best practices across the organisation.
- Partner with senior business and technology stakeholders to influence strategic decision making.
- Assess emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance operational performance and resilience.
- Lead strategic programmes focused on industrial digitalisation and operational excellence.
- Build executive level business cases and transformation roadmaps.
- Provide thought leadership across OT, Industry 4.0, AI, and digital transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- 5 7+ years of experience in OT leadership, digital transformation, industrial technology, or related strategic roles.
- Proven experience developing and implementing OT strategies within complex enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of Operational Technology ecosystems, industrial control systems, and critical infrastructure environments.
- Demonstrated experience driving AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Ability to operate at executive and strategic levels while influencing cross functional stakeholders.
- Experience establishing governance frameworks, roadmaps, and transformation programmes.
- Strong commercial and business acumen with the ability to translate technology into business outcomes.
