- Lead the marketplace launch and expansion strategy across the GCC
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with Amazon, Noon and other regional platforms
- Own marketplace revenue growth, commercial performance and profitability
- Drive assortment, pricing, promotional and trading strategies
- Oversee marketplace operations, fulfilment performance and customer experience
- Build scalable processes and operating models to support future growth
- Work cross functionally with eCommerce, Digital, Marketing, Operations and Supply Chain teams
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience launching and scaling marketplace businesses within the GCC
- Strong understanding of the Amazon and/or Noon ecosystem
- Commercially minded with experience owning revenue, margin or P&L performance
- Experience building strategic marketplace partnerships and driving growth
- Understanding of marketplace fulfilment, operations and service level requirements
- Background gained within a marketplace operator, leading retail or consumer brand, marketplace aggregator or marketplace enablement business

Overview
- We are partnering with a leading retail business as it enters an ambitious phase of digital growth and expansion across the GCC. This is a rare opportunity to build and scale a marketplace channel that is expected to become a significant driver of future revenue across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the marketplace launch and expansion strategy across the GCC
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with Amazon, Noon and other regional platforms
- Own marketplace revenue growth, commercial performance and profitability
- Drive assortment, pricing, promotional and trading strategies
- Oversee marketplace operations, fulfilment performance and customer experience
- Build scalable processes and operating models to support future growth
- Work cross functionally with eCommerce, Digital, Marketing, Operations and Supply Chain teams
What We Are Looking For
- Demonstrated experience launching and scaling marketplace businesses within the GCC
- Strong understanding of the Amazon and/or Noon ecosystem
- Commercially minded with experience owning revenue, margin or P&L performance
- Experience building strategic marketplace partnerships and driving growth
- Understanding of marketplace fulfilment, operations and service level requirements
- Background gained within a marketplace operator, leading retail or consumer brand, marketplace aggregator or marketplace enablement business
- Ability to operate in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment and build new capabilities from the ground up
