Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Operations Team Leader to supervise daily warehouse and operational activities, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and service excellence.
- This role will lead frontline teams across inbound, outbound, and inventory operations, optimize workflows, support continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain high standards of safety and productivity.
- The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong operational knowledge, team management skills, and a drive for results in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Lead, coach, and supervise warehouse operations teams to achieve productivity and service targets.
- Coordinate daily activities across receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch operations.
- Monitor workflows, resolve operational issues, and improve process efficiency.
- Support performance management through task allocation, coaching, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, operational procedures, and documentation requirements.
- Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
