Supervise Warehouse Operations
- Oversee receiving, picking, packing, IR, and inventory control.
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to safety procedures, policies, and operational standards.
Team Development
- Train, coach, and develop warehouse staff.
Performance Monitoring
- Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
Inventory Accuracy
- Use WMS systems and maintain accurate records.
Budgeting And Cost Control
- Develop and manage operational budgets.
Equipment Oversight
- Supervise safe use and maintenance of warehouse machinery.
Coordination
- Collaborate with logistics, transport, and customer teams.
Issue Resolution
- Resolve operational issues promptly.
Planning Participation
- Attend and contribute to operational planning meetings.
Cost Management
- Assist in managing labor and operational expenses.
- 2+ years of experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics operations.
- At least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse processes and inventory management.
- Proficient in WMS and Microsoft Office.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
