- Manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of coffee machine spare parts and related inventory
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits to ensure data integrity
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure spare parts timely and at optimal costs
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to prevent stockouts and overstocking
- Collaborate with service and operations teams to fulfill parts requests efficiently
- Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to optimize stock management
- Prepare reports on inventory status, usage, and procurement activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in inventory management, preferably with spare parts handling
- Knowledge of coffee machine components and spare parts is highly desirable
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
