Role Summary
Support the Online Merchandising team with administrative tasks related to online trading.
Help deliver a seamless and engaging customer experience across digital platforms.
Role Profile
- Upload approved content, product information, and imagery across websites and mobile applications.
- Coordinate photo shoots, stock selection, warehouse liaison, and studio inventory movements.
- Maintain product data and studio tracking sheets.
- Link product images to product details and quality-check photography and styling outputs.
- Optimize category pages, highlight best sellers, and promote trends and campaigns with Online Merchandisers.
- Manage product content from suppliers and buying teams for accurate online brand representation.
- Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly online KPI reports.
- Support online sales and financial targets and identify customer trends and recurring service issues.
Requirements
- Strong editing and proofreading skills and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel are required.
- Knowledge of technologies and digital tools that enhance the online customer experience is required.
- Fashion and Home industry awareness and strong commercial understanding are required.
- Candidates should prioritize tasks, take ownership, identify risks, and escalate when necessary.
- A customer-first mindset and ability to deliver quality outcomes are required.
- A high school certificate and 1–2 years of online merchandising experience are required.
- Fashion and Home business experience is an advantage.
