Role Summary
Support the technical aspects of a portfolio of projects across the Development Business Unit.
Provide assistance to Senior and Project Managers by reporting project progress.
Support project work during design and construction stages.
Role Profile
- Support the Delivery Team in preparing project status updates.
- Schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned tasks.
- Coordinate daily with consultants and contractors to meet requirements and timelines.
- Prepare overall progress reports for projects.
- Provide technical support to the Senior Project Manager and project participants.
- Review engineering deliverables and initiate corrective actions as needed.
- Assist in developing project delivery strategies across design, construction, and maintenance.
- Monitor time, quality, safety, and sustainability while minimizing delays.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience.
- Technical input, progress monitoring, and design coordination skills.
- Effective communication, time management, leadership, commercial awareness, ethical decision-making, customer focus, results orientation, and adaptability.
- Knowledge of financial acumen, computer proficiency, local regulations, and industry best practices.
