1. Role Purpose

The onsite analyst will be actively involved in supporting daily operations, particularly focusing on procurement, invoicing, and regular follow-ups to ensure everything runs smoothly.

In addition to these core tasks, it's important that the analyst has a basic understanding of IT, which will help them grasp the various devices and solutions we use.

This combination of operational support and technical awareness will make a valuable contribution to our team's effectiveness.

2. Key Responsibilities

  • Raise purchase requisitions once the requirements are received.
  • Perform daily follow ups with all concerned teams for pending items both internally and externally.
  • Must know with Oracle Fusion.
  • Must have basic finance knowledge in terms of Capex/Opex, Accruals.
  • Ontime execution of assignments.
  • Provide L1 support desktop support if and when required.
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders, contracts, and renewal
  • Analyze pricing, compare vendor proposals, and recommend cost-saving opportunities
  • Work closely with IT teams, finance, and legal departments.
  • Multi tasking.
  • Perform technical evaluation.

3. Required Experience

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in procurement, in IT.

4. Education Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Networking, IT, or related discipline.
  • Equivalent vendor training plus relevant experience may be considered.

5. Soft Skills and Behavioural Competencies

  • Hands-on, dependable, and physically present where the work happens.
  • Disciplined in following procedures and change controls.
  • Should be able to work in high pressure environment.
  • Strong documentation discipline.
  • Readiness for on-call, weekend changes, and emergency response.
  • Must be fluent in English.
  • Must be MS Office expert, specially in Excel.
  • Must have strong communication skills specially while communication through emails.
  • Keen to learn.
