- Strong background in budget management, cost control, and operational efficiency
- Proven leadership skills with client facing experience
- Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards

The Role
- Position Title: Offshore Project Manager
- Employment Type: Full Time
- Salary AED: up to 18,000 inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Job Description
- Overall management of large scale catering and camp operations including catering, housekeeping, laundry, recreation, pest control, and facility maintenance.
- Client relationship management and service delivery excellence.
- Budgeting, cost control, and financial performance management.
- Menu planning, production control, and operational execution.
- Inventory, asset, and utility management.
- Project mobilization and demobilization planning and execution.
Benefits

Requirements
- Male, 45 years old and below with HSC or Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in catering or facilities management operations, preferably in large scale camp or contract catering.
- Strong background in budget management, cost control, and operational efficiency.
- Proven leadership skills with client facing experience and knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards.
