About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead the construction team to support project objectives and strategies
- Champion safety in all construction aspects
- Manage on island construction teams for planning, development, and operations
- Manage contractor construction planning and execution to ensure compliance
- Establish construction organization and coordinate resourcing
- Steward development of Integrated Safety Plan for construction
- Manage interface with ADNOC Offshore OPCO for brownfield works
- Report construction progress and issues to project team
- Lead construction planning teams to identify vulnerabilities and opportunities
- Mentor and train UAE Nationals in construction management
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent site experience
- Minimum 20 years of construction management experience on large oil and gas projects
- Professional Engineer accreditation preferred
- Excellent leadership and communication skills

- Developing comprehensive project plan and detailed schedule
- Estimating costs and controlling budget
- Ensuring construction work meets standards
- Identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies
- Overseeing contracts with consultants and vendors
- Reporting project progress to stakeholders
- Facilitating communication between parties
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent site experience

- Steward interfaces between Contractor and other projects
- Manage interface with ADNOC Offshore OPCO
- Ensure detailed design deliverables support constructability
