Environment Health & Safety
- Ensure stakeholder safety and compliance with quality, environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures within security manpower operations.
- Report noncompliance or unsafe activity against health and safety standards.
- Participate in company health and safety initiatives and related training.
- Conduct risk assessments, enforce control measures, maintain records, and communicate workplace health and safety provisions.
Security Services
- Supervise and monitor security guards and supervisors.
- Plan contractor security manpower deployment in line with legal and company requirements.
- Interview security guards and select suitable candidates for site requirements.
- Manage daily security operations and prepare operational reports.
- Administer documentation related to security operational services.
- Assist with updating security service procedures.
- Train security personnel on security, safety, and observation reporting.
- Implement traffic control management around company premises.
- Maintain lost-and-found records and conduct security investigations.
Qualification
- Graduate in diploma or higher secondary school education.
- Minimum five years of experience in the security field.
