- Lead PSDA improvement projects across the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years in healthcare quality and patient safety
- Experience in Joint Commission International accredited facilities
- Proficiency in quality improvement principles, regulatory compliance, data analysis, and project management
- Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) or equivalent (or within 12 months of hire)
