Responsibilities
- Receive, classify, consolidate, and summarize documents and information to ensure compliance with standards.
- Administer ASPM/ASFM control by amending, updating, and formatting manuals as per manager requests.
- Participate in the implementation of internal surveillance program to ascertain compliance with standards.
- Maintain a comprehensive record of reports, recommendations, and documents related to Planning & Standards.
- Organize and maintain the section filing system in compliance with GCAA record management procedures.
- Investigate and research files and documents to clarify facts for internal or external queries.
- Maintain and update a register for P&S section achievements.
- Provide assistance to PRP department personnel upon request.
- Carry out administrative activities related to internal standards in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Control and monitor GCAA assets to ensure optimal utilization.
- Support specialists and managers by scheduling appointments.

Standardization
- Receive, classify, consolidate, and/or summaries documents and information as well as maintain records of documents processed to ensure compliance with standards.
- Administer ASPM/ASFM control by keeping them updated through amending, updating and formatting as per P&S Manager or Specialist's request to ensure that these manuals are always controlled and effective.
Internal Surveillance Program of the Sector
- Participate in the implementation of internal surveillance program to ascertain compliance with standards.
Document Management
- Maintain a comprehensive record of relevant reports, recommendations and general documents related to Planning & Standards section.
- Receive, classify, and consolidate documents and information, maintaining records of documents processed according to standard procedures to facilitate the use by Management.
- Organise and maintain the section filing system to ensure compliance with GCAA record management procedures (Archiving activities).
- Investigate and research files and documents in order to establish or clarify facts required to progress queries raised internally or externally.
- Maintain and organise the retention of approved manuals and other related documents for quick reference.
- Maintain and update a register for P&S section achievements.
- Provide assistance to PRP department personal upon request of line manager.
Policies, Systems, Processes and Procedures
- Carry out all administrative activities related to internal standards in accordance with the set policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Follow Safety Affairs functional policies, systems, processes, procedures and controls.
- Control and monitor GCAA assets under their jurisdiction to ensure optimal utilization of them.
- Support Specialist and Managers through scheduling appointments to ease their administrative workload.
