Job Purpose
Provide support for User Acceptance Testing on operations projects.
Support the Internal Controls Team.
Participate in and track projects through deployment and post-deployment health checks.
Coordinate and track touch points on digital wallet transactions.
Quality Checks
- Review processes to identify gaps.
- Report and track errors and update managers on individual or process-specific errors.
- Prepare Key Risk Indicator reporting.
- Manage exception reports and resolution.
Projects
- Assist operations managers with implementation of various projects.
- Conduct UAT on assigned projects.
- Track progress of operations projects and initiatives.
- Participate in the end-to-end Digital Wallet Project.
- Monitor digital wallet transactions after implementation.
- Track and implement Central Bank and CBI initiatives.
Operational Risk
- Track open items from operational risk events and follow up for closure.
- Conduct control testing for RCSA with business units for submission to Operational Risk.
Business Continuity Planning
- Prepare and update business impact analysis plans for the unit.
- Assign roles in accordance with business continuity documents.
Audits
- Update the status of audit points and coordinate with units to close outstanding items.
- Maintain the audit tracker and coordinate with audit teams to confirm closure of audit points.
System Access Controls
- Monitor staff access levels regularly.
- Monitor staff authorization levels across different banking systems.
Education and Experience
- Graduate degree and proficiency in banking applications.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in the UAE banking industry in various roles.
