About Emirates Global Aluminium
Emirates Global Aluminium is a major integrated aluminium producer with mining, refining, smelting, casting, and recycling operations across multiple continents.

Job Purpose
Support the establishment and effective management of the company’s group-wide insurance and risk mitigation program.
Policies and Processes
- Follow departmental policies, systems, processes, procedures, and controls for consistent and accurate ways of working.
- Support the half-yearly review and amendment of the Disaster Recovery Document.
Insurance Operations
- Support procurement, renewal, and maintenance of group-wide insurance policies, processes, and procedures.
- Support project and operational reinsurance requirements and coordinate insurance parties on site.
- Support compliance with internal and external requirements, including loan covenants and associated processes.
- Manage claims notifications and ensure the accuracy of internally communicated claims data.
- Coordinate claims management workshops and maintain accurate claims process charts.
- Support the full claims management cycle and communications with insurance parties and internal customers.
