Job Purpose
Lead EGA’s Digital Transformation Governance, Architecture, and Strategy team.
Align Digital Transformation strategy with EGA business strategies and oversee governance, architecture, service management, and value generation.
Drive compliance, continuous improvement, and strategic development of enterprise architecture.
Governance
- Develop and submit the Digital Transformation Governance departmental OpEx and CapEx budget.
- Monitor budget performance, identify cost reduction opportunities, and track value across product service lines.
- Develop, obtain approval for, and oversee Digital Transformation policies, procedures, and controls.
- Define performance and quality KPIs, oversee audits, and ensure findings close within agreed deadlines.
- Develop and implement the Digital Transformation service management model using IT service management or agile methodologies.
- Lead customer and employee survey analysis and coordinate action plans.
Architecture
- Lead development and implementation of the target enterprise architecture to align technology with business goals.
- Ensure architecture is scalable, future-proof, secure, and supportive of innovation.
