- Conduct assessments of data across various systems to determine accuracy, completeness, consistency, and reliability
- Implement a data governance framework defining roles, responsibilities, and processes for data management
- Perform regular data audits to identify issues and areas for improvement
- Implement processes to correct inaccuracies, eliminate duplicates, and standardize data formats
- Ensure operational data is accurate, complete, and up to date across all systems
- Maintain data quality for effective customer segmentation and targeting
- Analyze underlying causes of data quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Ensure data management practices comply with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
- Keep abreast of industry best practices, tools, and technologies related to data quality
- Act as an advocate for data privacy within the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in data quality or similar field

Job Purpose
- The Officer Data Quality is responsible for ensuring that both general data quality of the operations meet organizational standards by reviewing data processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing best practices.
Job Accountabilities
- Conduct assessments of data across various systems to determine accuracy, completeness, consistency, and reliability.
- Implement a data governance framework that defines roles, responsibilities, and processes for data management.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, Business Administration, or related field.
- A minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in the same or similar field.
