About the Job

  • As an Associate – Cash Control, support daily cash control operations by ensuring accurate reconciliation, validation, and reporting of revenue collections while maintaining strong financial controls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Validate daily cashier submissions and supporting documents.
  • Reconcile cash, card, vouchers, and other payment methods against system reports.
  • Prepare daily reconciliation summaries and reports.
  • Ensure timely and accurate bank deposits with proper documentation.
  • Identify and escalate discrepancies such as shortages or overages.
  • Maintain accurate financial records for audits and reporting.
  • Follow cash handling procedures and compliance standards.
  • Coordinate with operations, finance, and banking stakeholders.
  • Maintain organized documentation for audit and control purposes.
  • Use finance and POS systems for reconciliation and reporting.

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in cash handling, reconciliation, or finance operations.
  • Strong understanding of cash reconciliation and financial controls.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle confidential financial information with integrity.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with POS systems and payment reconciliation.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial tools.
  • Familiarity with audit processes and variance analysis.
  • Experience in high volume or multi site environments.
  • Ability to adapt to automation and process improvements.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
