- Validate daily cashier submissions and supporting documents
- Reconcile cash, card, vouchers, and other payment methods against system reports
- Prepare daily reconciliation summaries and reports
- Ensure timely and accurate bank deposits with proper documentation
- Identify and escalate discrepancies such as shortages or overages
- Maintain accurate financial records for audits and reporting
- Follow cash handling procedures and compliance standards
- Coordinate with operations, finance, and banking stakeholders
- Maintain organized documentation for audit and control purposes
- Use finance and POS systems for reconciliation and reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in cash handling, reconciliation, or finance operations
- Strong understanding of cash reconciliation and financial controls
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential financial information with integrity
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with POS systems and payment reconciliation
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial tools
- Familiarity with audit processes and variance analysis
- Experience in high volume or multi site environments
- Ability to adapt to automation and process improvements
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
