Responsibilities
- Liaise with government authorities (Water and Electricity, CNIA, GHQ, etc.)
- Process new and renewal of security passes for persons and vehicles
- Follow up vehicle registrations renewal and obtain NOC
- Manage company license renewals and obtain NOC
- Coordinate employee related cases with police and other authorities
- Liaise with legal department on legal cases
- Manage responsibilities pertaining to rent committee
- Coordinate labor accommodations tenancy contract and MOL updates
- Office management in line with workplace policies
- Support new land acquisition issues
- Register companies with government for tendering purposes
- Follow up on building permits and other permits
Requirements
- Minimum 5 7 years experience in a relevant position
- Diploma or Degree in a related discipline
- Valid UAE driving license
- Proficient in Arabic and English
- Result oriented, self motivated and positive attitude
- Strong social skills to interact with officials effectively
- Computer knowledge

Job Description
- Provide business support service for smooth business continuity in a cost effective manner.
- Ensure highest level of customer satisfaction through consistency, teamwork, and feedback.
Strategic Responsibilities
- Ensure formal and measurable service level matrix and performance targets
- Ensure cost optimization and maximize cost saving
- Ensure highest level of customer satisfaction
- Ensure smooth flow of information within team and external sources
Operational Responsibilities
- Close work with business units, legal, operations and relevant authorities
- Liaison with Water and Electricity authority, CNIA, GHQ, Telecommunication companies, etc.
- Process new & renewal of security passes for persons & vehicles
- Follow up vehicle registrations renewal and obtain NOC
- Manage company license renewals and obtain NOC
- Coordinate employees related cases with police dept and other government authorities
- Liaise with legal department and deal with legal cases
- Manage all responsibilities pertaining to rent committee
- Coordinate labor accommodations tenancy contract and MOL accommodation system update
- Office management in line with Workplace policies
- Supports to clear all issues related with new land acquisition
- Registration of companies with government (Tendering Purposes)
Qualifications
- Minimum: Diploma or Degree in a related discipline
- Result oriented, self motivated and positive attitude
- Strong social skills and presence to interact with officials effectively
- Effective Communication Skills; Proficient in Arabic and English
- Computer knowledge; Must hold a valid UAE driving license
- Minimum of 5 7 years experience in relevant position
