Travel agents assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and others on the business trips.
Responsibilities
- Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.
- Provide information on the business trip.
- Travel Planning: Research and recommend travel itineraries, accommodations, and others.
- Create customized travel packages that fit the client.
- Booking Arrangements: Book flights, hotels, rental cars, and other travel services.
- Manage reservations and ensure all details are accurate.
- Customer Support: Assist clients with travel-related issues, such as cancellations or changes.
- Provide ongoing support during the travel process.
