- Conduct descriptive analysis to support the B2C business, identifying trends and patterns in customer and transaction data
- Translate business requirements into data insights and actionable reports
- Monitor performance of basic KPIs and report irregularities or anomalies in a timely manner
- Prepare regular and ad hoc reports and dashboards to support business teams
- Assist in gathering data requirements from stakeholders under guidance from senior analysts
- Support data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or Business Administration
- Basic to intermediate SQL skills (querying, joins, aggregations)
- Good communication skills in both English and Arabic
- Familiarity with visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus

Profile Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or Business Administration.
- Logically sound with strong problem solving and analytical thinking abilities.
- Basic to intermediate SQL skills (querying, joins, aggregations).
- Familiarity with visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
- Good communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Eagerness to learn, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior internship or academic project experience in analytics is a plus.
