Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the Riyadh office and ensure efficient service delivery
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, partners, travel agents, and key stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support branch growth
- Coordinate with operational teams to ensure timely execution of services and client requirements
- Manage branch administration, documentation, expenses, vendor coordination, and office assets
- Ensure compliance with company policies, service standards, safety requirements, and approved procedures
- Support process improvement initiatives and the transition to automated systems
- Supervise, coach, and develop branch staff while maintaining a customer focused and performance driven environment
- Monitor branch performance and prepare operational, sales, and management reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
- 7–10 years of relevant experience in Saudi Arabia, including branch or office management within transportation, tourism, Hajj & Umrah, or service operations
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role
- Strong understanding of branch operations, client servicing, transport coordination, budgeting, reporting, and ERP/CRM systems
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Professional proficiency in Arabic and English
