Overview

The role is responsible for driving branch performance, business growth, client satisfaction, operational excellence, and compliance acro

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Riyadh office and ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, partners, travel agents, and key stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support branch growth.
  • Coordinate with operational teams to ensure timely execution of services and client requirements.
  • Manage branch administration, documentation, expenses, vendor coordination, and office assets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, service standards, safety requirements, and approved procedures.
  • Support process improvement initiatives and the transition to automated systems.
  • Supervise, coach, and develop branch staff while maintaining a customer focused and performance driven environment.
  • Monitor branch performance and prepare operational, sales, and management reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • 7–10 years of relevant experience in Saudi Arabia, including branch or office management within transportation, tourism, Hajj & Umrah, or service operations.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of branch operations, client servicing, transport coordination, budgeting, reporting, and ERP/CRM systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, problem solving, and organizational skills.
  • Professional proficiency in Arabic and English.
