Role Overview
- Lead and control the maintenance function to keep the fleet operationally ready, safe, and serviceable for Hajj & Umrah, tourism, corporate, limousine, bus, and other transport services.
- Direct the maintenance team through the Maintenance Supervisor and technicians, ensuring effective emergency response, preventive maintenance discipline, workshop control, and technical escalation handling.
- Drive the department from the current manual process environment toward system based maintenance control, stronger reporting discipline, and future automation readiness.
Requirements
- Education: A bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred; a diploma in Automotive Engineering is highly relevant and acceptable when supported by strong practical experience.
- Experience: 5–8 years of experience in a maintenance leadership role, with approximately 25 years overall technical experience preferred in fleet, heavy vehicles, buses, tourism transport, or related transport operations.
- Technical knowledge: In depth knowledge of vehicles, fleet maintenance equipment, diagnostics, preventive and corrective maintenance, process sheets, inspection methods, and workshop control; practical ability to use MS Office, WhatsApp, and MenaME, with readiness to shift into more automated system
