Where does this role fit into the bigger picture?
The Legal Affairs & Strategy Office is responsible for supporting the Foundation’s governance, legal integrity, and strategic direction.
The office ensures alignment with regulatory frameworks, manages legal risks, and contributes to the development and execution of strategic initiatives across
the Dubai Future Foundation.
It also acts as a key interface with leadership, internal departments, and external stakeholders on legal and strategic
matters.
Office Manager – Legal Affairs & Strategy
As an Office Manager – Legal Affairs & Strategy for the Dubai Future Foundation, you are the primary point of contact for all internal and external engagements related to the Legal Affairs & Strategy Offices and represent the leadership of the functions.
You manage the smooth operation of the
office, ensuring it is professional, efficient, and well-organised.
Project Management
- You will be the primary point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders engaging with the Legal Affairs and Strategy departments.
- You will act as the face of both functions including meet and greet for delegations, receiving guests, escorting them to meetings, and organising official requirements.
- You will coordinate with procurement, administration, marketing, and other departments to support the delivery of legal initiatives, strategic projects, workshops, and events.
- You will proactively manage the workload and priorities across both Legal Affairs and Strategy leadership by directing requests appropriately, coordinating across departments, and ensuring alignment with legal and strategic priorities.
- You will ensure the confidentiality of both departments by managing sensitive legal documents, strategic materials, communications, and meetings with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
- You will handle ad-hoc requests and administrative tasks as assigned by the Legal Affairs and Strategy leadership.
- You will draft, review, and edit reports, presentations, legal summaries, strategic documents, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and professionalism in all written communications.
- You will maintain both physical and digital filing systems, ensuring legal and strategic documents are organised, secure, and easily accessible.
- You will provide administrative and coordination support for legal matters, policy development, and strategic initiatives, including research and data collection as required.
Third Party Relationships
- You will work closely with legal advisors, consultants, and strategic partners throughout engagements, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
- You will collaborate with internal departments to ensure required information, documentation, and approvals are available, accurate, and followed up on when needed across both functions.
- You will work with both internal and external stakeholders to support the achievement of legal compliance and strategic objectives.

- Who We're Looking for?
- If you are an Office Manager – Legal Affairs & Strategy at the Dubai Future Foundation, you will have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role, with a higher diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field would be a plus.
- You will have experience managing schedules, coordinating senior level engagements, and supporting multiple departments or senior stakeholders simultaneously.
- You will have strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, and be proactive, detail-oriented, and self motivated.
- You will have advanced English and Arabic communication skills (reading and writing), with additional languages considered an advantage.
- You must be highly professional and diplomatic, with the ability to handle sensitive legal and strategic information and engage with high level stakeholders.
- You will be a team player, willing to support across functions to ensure the smooth operation of both departments.
- You will have excellent Microsoft Office skills and be able to prepare presentations, documentation, and correspondence efficiently and accurately.
- You will be able to multitask, manage tight deadlines, and effectively prioritise across two functions in a dynamic environment
