Role Overview

What You Will Do

• Manage office facilities, general office needs, visitor service, administrative duties, and overall office conditions.
• Supervise office assistants and maids and manage company assets, supplies, swag, and purchasing.
• Manage relationships with the landlord, building management team, and vendors, including cost-effective negotiations.
• Organize venues, reservations, invitations, attendance, team meetings, outings, wellness activities, catering, and CSR events.
• Monitor Operations and People Experience budgets, expenses, forecasts, headcount capacity, contracts, and renewal dates.
• Coordinate new-hire workstation setup, access provisioning, and day-one onboarding logistics with the People team.
• Support office health, safety, emergency contacts, periodic safety checks, and regulatory coordination.
• Act as a cultural anchor by identifying morale, celebration, and inclusion opportunities for the Bengaluru office.

What You Have

• 3–5 years of office management and administrative experience; high-tech company experience is preferred.
• Experience supporting a 50–100 person office through a period of growth or transition.
