Job Summary

  • The Office Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient day to day operation of the office by managing administrative activities, coordinating facilities, supervising support staff, and maintaining smooth office operations while providing executive and departmental support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office administration and operational activities.
  • Supervise reception, administration, and office support staff.
  • Coordinate office facilities, maintenance, housekeeping, and security.
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships.
  • Organize meetings, travel arrangements, and corporate events.
  • Support senior management with administrative and executive tasks.
  • Monitor office budgets and approve routine expenditures.
  • Maintain office policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding logistics and office access.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and country's regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of Office Management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience managing vendors and office facilities.
