Description

Manage the CEO's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO.Prepare and review documents, reports, and presentations for the CEO's office.Supervise administrative staff to ensure the smooth running of the office.Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO's office, maintaining professional relationships with stakeholders.Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion.Oversee logistical arrangements for meetings and events involving the CEO.Identify and implement improvements to office processes and procedures.

Profile

A relevant degree or equivalent qualification.Proven experience in a similar role, in the property industry or a related field.Strong written and verbal communication abilities in English and Arabic.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Experience in managing executive-level schedules and priorities.
