Duties
- Prepare and serve beverages, including coffee and tea, ensuring they meet the preferences of staff and visitors at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas, including kitchen, meeting rooms, and office supplies, to create a welcoming environment.
- Assist in photocopying, scanning, and printing documents, ensuring all materials are clear and professionally prepared for meetings.
- Manage the distribution of incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring prompt delivery to the appropriate personnel.
- Support office staff in organizing events and meetings by handling logistics such as room setup and arranging necessary equipment.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies, maintaining inventory levels to prevent shortages and ensuring the availability of essential items.
- Handle minor maintenance issues and coordinate with vendors for repairs to maintain a functional office environment.
- Assist in data entry and basic administrative tasks, providing support to enhance overall office productivity.
