Office Driver

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport company staff, clients, and visitors to designated locations.
• Deliver and collect documents, packages, and office supplies as required.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned transportation tasks.
• Maintain the cleanliness and good condition of company vehicles.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance requirements.
• Keep accurate records of vehicle usage, mileage, and fuel consumption.
• Follow UAE traffic laws and company driving policies at all times.
• Assist with basic administrative and office support tasks when required.
• Coordinate with office staff regarding transportation schedules and deliveries.
• Ensure the security and confidentiality of transported documents and materials.

Requirements

• Valid UAE driving license.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience as an office driver, company driver, or similar role is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Dubai roads, routes, and traffic regulations.
• Clean driving record and strong commitment to road safety.
• Basic communication skills in English.
• Ability to work flexible hours when necessary.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

• Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and route planning.
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple delivery and transportation assignments efficiently.
