- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, servers, and other IT equipment
- Troubleshoot system errors and resolve technical problems promptly

- Perform regular system updates, backups, and maintenance activities
- Maintain IT documentation, support logs, and asset inventories

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2 5 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking concepts
- Experience with troubleshooting, system maintenance, and IT security practices
- Familiarity with Microsoft environments, cloud platforms, and remote support tools
- Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities
- Strong communication and customer service skills
