Job Overview

  • Al Haktur IT Solutions is seeking a trustworthy and detail oriented Cashier to join our finance team in Dubai.
  • This role is ideal for a professional who can accurately handle financial transactions, maintain cash records, and provide excellent customer service while supporting the company's daily financial operations.
  • The successful candidate will ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in all cash handling activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and process cash, card, cheque, and electronic payments accurately.
  • Issue invoices, receipts, and payment confirmations to customers and clients.
  • Maintain daily cash balances and reconcile transactions at the end of each shift.
  • Handle petty cash transactions and maintain proper supporting documentation.
  • Prepare daily cash reports and submit them to the finance department.
  • Record financial transactions accurately in the company's accounting system.
  • Assist customers with billing and payment related inquiries professionally.
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial information and company records.
  • Support the accounting team with administrative and finance related tasks when required.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 1 3 years of experience as a Cashier or in a finance related role.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and cash handling procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and accounting or billing software.
  • Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Honest, reliable, and able to maintain accuracy under pressure.
