Job Purpose
Provide safe and reliable driving, delivery, and office errand support for day-to-day business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive company personnel safely to meetings, appointments, site visits, and other destinations.
- Collect and deliver documents, parcels, materials, and other company items.
- Handle bank deposits, government offices, courier services, purchases, and document submissions.
- Assist with purchasing and collecting office supplies and other requirements.
- Complete assigned errands and deliveries on time.
- Maintain the cleanliness and basic condition of the company vehicle.
- Monitor vehicle fuel, registration, servicing, and maintenance requirements.
- Maintain records of trips, deliveries, and vehicle-related expenses.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting items when required.
- Follow UAE traffic laws and company safety procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding company documents and information.
- Perform other driving, office support, and errand-related duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
- A UAE driver's license is required.
- The role requires compliance with UAE traffic laws and company safety procedures.
- The role requires confidentiality regarding company documents and information.
Compensation
- The posting states pay of AED 3,000 to AED 3,300 per month.
Workplace
- Work is performed in person.
