Role Overview
The employer is seeking a highly experienced Financial Reporting Analyst for its finance team.
The role requires extensive experience in financial reporting, financial analysis, accounting, and management reporting.
Experience in the UAE real estate and fit-out industry is mandatory.
Financial Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Prepare management reports and financial analysis for senior management.
- Analyze revenue, project costs, expenses, profitability, cash flow, and overall financial performance.
- Prepare variance analysis and identify discrepancies, trends, risks, and areas requiring management attention.
- Analyze real estate, property, construction, and fit-out project performance.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations for management decision-making.
Closing and Reconciliations
- Own month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, provisions, prepayments, and account schedules.
- Review general ledger balances and ensure financial records are accurate and complete.
- Perform bank, supplier, customer, and balance sheet reconciliations.
